Convert Scooter - Blue ↔︎ Yellow License Plate

Do you have a moped scooter (blue license plate) and want to change it to a motor scooter (yellow license plate), or vice versa? You will need to pay the RDW fees and the cost of our inspector’s work.

You will also need a new license plate (you can check the box below if you would like us to arrange this), and there may be costs for technical modifications to the scooter so that it meets the requirements for motor scooters (charged separately).
