Return Policy

Article 1 - Cooling-off arrangement

You may return your order, in whole or in part, without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving it. This is the so-called "cooling-off" policy for distance selling. After we receive the product, you will receive the full purchase price back into the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase within ten business days.

Your return will only be accepted if the products are complete, undamaged, unused (not assembled), and in their original packaging. All shipping costs are your responsibility.

Article 2 - Wrong product

When you receive your order, please check it immediately. If any of the products you received differ from the one you ordered, you can, of course, return it to us. Roger Trading will then ensure the correct product is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Do not use incorrectly delivered products! Only unused and undamaged products are eligible for free replacement.

However, Roger Trading is not obligated to replace the product if the deviation is too minor to justify replacement. We would like to point out that all images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and the product you receive may therefore look (slightly) different. Naturally, we make every effort to only display images that show the product as it is.

Article 3 - RMA (Defective or damaged product)

If a product we supplied is damaged or doesn't work as expected, we will, of course, replace it free of charge with a proper product. In such a case, please do not use the product. If you do, you have accepted the product as you received it, and it is no longer eligible for exchange.

Of course, the damaged or non-working product must be returned to us; any associated costs will not be reimbursed.

Damage and defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If the product breaks after that time, the manufacturer's warranty conditions apply. We will, of course, help you claim that warranty. In such a case, please contact us by email so we can assist you.

Transport damage, etc., is at your risk and expense in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 6 of our general terms and conditions, unless you opted for insured shipping when ordering.

Article 4 - Products excluded from the cooling-off arrangement

Electronic products are excluded from the cooling-off scheme due to their nature, as it cannot be verified whether they have been installed. These products can be invisibly and irreparably damaged by incorrect installation. It is also possible that they have been "learned" or adjusted after being connected, making them unusable on another vehicle. This exemption applies to CDI and ECU units, as well as (rev) limiters, cockpit/counter units, sensors, etc.

Technical parts such as cylinders, pistons, gears, exhausts, and the like, as well as products made to order, whether custom-made or not, cannot be returned using the cooling-off period. A restocking fee of at least 40% applies to these products.

The relevant product pages clearly indicate when an item is not covered by the cooling-off period. Please take this into account before ordering.

Article 5 - Collection of products

Naturally, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases does not apply if you purchase goods or services through our website and collect them from our premises. This is because you have the opportunity to inspect the purchased products for defects, damage, and shortcomings during collection. You can also determine at that time whether the products or services are in accordance with the information on our website and whether they meet your requirements and/or expectations.

Article 6 - The return procedure

Unused, unassembled and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days to:

We recommend that you first send an email to info@rogertrading.nl, and don't forget to include your order number.

Article 7 - Unaccepted returns

If you have not returned a product or products in accordance with this returns policy, for example, because you returned it after the 14-day period has expired, or if you are returning a product you have already used, we cannot accept it. In such cases, we will ask you to collect the product from us within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment, or to pay the costs of shipping it back to your address so we can resend the returned goods to you. If you do not collect the product(s) from us within the 14-day period and refuse to pay for shipping the product(s) back to your address within that same period, you automatically relinquish ownership of the product(s), and it becomes the property of Roger Trading BV.

Article 8 - Changes to the return policy

Roger Trading BV may update or modify its returns policy at any time at its sole discretion. When we do so, we will also update the "Last Updated Date" at the top of this returns policy page. Therefore, please check this page regularly.
