Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery address. For countries marked "On Request," please contact us for exact shipping costs.
Delivery time
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:30 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your shipment in real time and see exactly when it will arrive.
Delivery
We ship through reliable shipping partners DPD and PostNL. Your package will be delivered to your specified address. If you're not home, you can pick up your package at a nearby collection point or from a parcel locker.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated by country. Package size is irrelevant. We charge a single flat rate. All international shipments include track and trace.
For shipping to countries outside the EU, we do apply adjusted rates depending on factors such as location, weight, and package size. Contact us for rates, indicating which products you require and the address to which the package should be delivered.
To take off
You can also pick up your order. Select the "Pickup" option during checkout and you'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect your order.
