Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order and delivery address. For countries marked "On request", you can contact us for exact shipping costs.
Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before 4:30 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your Track & Trace code. You can use this to track your shipment in real time and see exactly when your package will be delivered.
Delivery
We ship via reliable shipping partners DPD and PostNL. Your package will be delivered to the address you provided. If you are not at home, you can collect your package from a nearby pickup point or retrieve it from a parcel locker.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country. The size of the package is not relevant. We charge one fixed rate. All international shipments include track and trace.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, we apply adjusted rates depending on factors including the location, weight, and dimensions of the package. Contact us for rates, specifying which products you would like and the address to which the package should be sent.
Pick up
You can also pick up your order. Select the 'Pick up' option during checkout and you will receive a message as soon as your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation when picking it up.
