Keep it neat, keep it tight. So no zip ties, but genuine clamps—the original ones!
This hose clamp is used, among other things, to secure the air hose to the air filter housing. If it comes loose, dirt can get into the engine.
This clamp is also used to attach the intake boot to the intake manifold. It’s not ideal if that comes loose either.
Hoses that come loose cause nasty problems!
