If you are going to replace the cylinder, you do not know in advance exactly how the piston will come out.

You may need this 0.7mm base gasket, but if the piston remains slightly below the edge of the cylinder at its furthest position, you will need the 0.6mm gasket .

So to be on the safe side, order both, then you know for sure that you can finish the job.
