When replacing the cylinder, you do not know in advance exactly how the piston will end up.

You may need this 0.7 mm base gasket, but if the piston remains slightly below the edge of the cylinder at its outermost position, you will need the 0.6 mm gasket.

So order both, just to be safe. That way, you can be sure you can finish the job.
