When replacing the cylinder, you won’t know in advance exactly how far the piston will protrude.

You may need a 0.6 mm base gasket, but if the piston protrudes slightly from the cylinder at its highest position, you’ll need the 0.7 mm gasket.

So order both just to be safe; that way, you’ll be sure you can finish the job.
