If you are going to replace the cylinder, you do not know in advance exactly how the piston will come out.

You may need a 0.6mm base gasket, but if the piston extends slightly out of the cylinder at its furthest position, you will need the 0.7mm gasket .

So to be on the safe side, order both, then you know for sure that you can finish the job.
