This is a fixed half pulley with a diamond finish of the pulley surface on the belt side, and a redesigned operating angle to further increase the gear range.

This component completes theMalossi Multivar and makes it unmatched. The pulley is specifically designed for the variable transmission of scooters and further enhances performance.

It's not just a simple accessory, but a crucial component for ensuring the long life of all transmission components. The temperatures generated in the crankcases where variators and V-belts operate are sometimes incredibly high, and certain components like V-belts and variator pulleys sometimes suffer irreparable damage. In some situations, the pulleys can even reach melting point.

Among other advantages, Ventilvar has a greater cooling capacity than the original half pulley, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.

Please note: it can be mounted with both the Multivar and the original variator.
