This is a fixed half-pulley with a diamond finish on the belt-side pulley surface, and a redesigned working angle to further increase the gear range.

This part completes the Malossi Multivar and makes it truly unmatched. The pulley is specifically designed for scooter variable transmissions and further enhances performance.

It is not just a simple accessory, but a very important component to ensure the longevity of all transmission components. The temperatures generated in the crankcases where variators and V-belts operate are incredibly high at times, and certain parts, such as V-belts and variator rollers, can suffer irreversible damage. There are situations where the rollers can even reach their melting point.

Among other advantages, the Ventilvar has greater cooling capacity than the original half-pulley; a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

Please note: it can be fitted with both the Multivar and the original variator.
