This is a fixed half pulley with a diamond finish on the belt-side pulley surface and a redesigned working angle to further expand the gear range.

This component completes the Malossi Multivar and makes it truly unrivaled. The pulley is specially designed for scooters’ variable transmission and further improves performance.

It is not merely a simple accessory, but rather a highly important component for ensuring the long service life of all transmission components. The temperatures generated in the crankcases where variators and V-belts operate can be incredibly high at times, causing certain components such as V-belts and variator rollers to suffer irreparable damage. In some situations, the rollers can even reach their melting point.

Among its other advantages, Ventilvar has a greater cooling capacity than the original half pulley, making it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

Please note: it can be installed with both the Multivar and the original variator.
