Malossi Ventilvar - Half Pulley - ⌀122mm - Italjet Dragster - 6120017B

This is a fixed half pulley with a diamond-finished pulley surface on the belt side, and a redesigned working angle to further increase the gear range.

This component completes the Malossi Multivar and makes it truly unmatched. The pulley is specifically designed for the variable transmission of scooters and further improves performance.

It is not just a simple accessory, but a very important component to guarantee the longevity of all transmission components. The temperatures produced in the crankcases where variators and V-belts operate are incredibly high at times, and certain parts such as V-belts and variator rollers can suffer irreparable damage as a result. There are situations where the rollers can even reach their melting point.

Among other advantages, Ventilvar has greater cooling capacity than the original half pulley; a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.

Please note: it can be fitted with both the Multivar and the original variator.
