Malossi Ventilvar - Half Pulley - ⌀122mm - Italjet Dragster - 6120017B

This is a fixed half-pulley with a diamond finish on the pulley surface facing the belt, and a redesigned working angle to further increase the transmission range.

This component completes the Malossi Multivar and makes it truly unrivalled. The pulley was specifically designed for scooters’ variable transmission and further improves performance.

It is not simply a basic accessory, but rather a very important component for ensuring the long service life of all transmission components. The temperatures generated inside the crankcases where variators and V-belts operate can be incredibly high at times, causing certain parts, such as V-belts and variator rollers, to suffer irreparable damage. In some situations, the rollers can even reach their melting point.

Among its other advantages, Ventilvar has greater cooling capacity than the original half-pulley—making it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

Note: it can be installed with both the Multivar and the original variator.
