With this secondary transmission set, also called secondary transmission or gearing, you change the standard gear ratio on the rear wheel of the scooter to the ratio 15/55, which results in (even) more speed.

This really only works well if you've also taken other measures that increase the engine's horsepower.

Otherwise, acceleration would be difficult. But combined with a different cylinder, variator, and ECU, it runs like a charm. You'll be amazed at what your scooter is capable of.
