If you have fitted a larger Malossi cylinder to your two-stroke Vespa or Piaggio scooter, we recommend replacing both the primary and secondary gearing with the variants developed by Malossi with higher ratios. This increases the top speed and means you do not have to keep the engine running at maximum revs, helping it last longer.

If you still have the original cylinder, this part is of no use because the engine does not produce enough power. You must replace both at the same time; replacing only the primary or only the secondary gearing will not work.

Of course, these parts are for track use only; unfortunately, you may not ride with them on public roads.
