Ø 40 cylinder kit made of aluminium with a long stroke. Can only be used in combination with a Malossi crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod 539212.

Malossi has developed a new line of MHR cylinders with aluminium alloy, for use in top-level 50cc scooter competitions.

Functions
The MHR cylinders are made of a special aluminium alloy and feature an internal geometric distribution, exhaust, and combustion chamber system. The engineers of our experimental department have managed to achieve extremely high forces and torque with the MHR 50cc cylinder.

Cylinder

Material: special aluminium alloy with a high content of recalculated silicon stabilised, extended heat exchange surfaces, machined with NC machines distribution and developed for maximum performance, cermetal wear-resistant coating internal cylinder PISTON exhaust.

Material: special extra light aluminium, reinforced with a molybdenum sulphur coating Single rectangular segment of the S10 chrome-plated cast iron CAP.

Extremely high turbulence combustion chamber, achieved through the recalculated and NC-machined cooling surface suction yield specially developed for high turbulence. The high technological and performance levels that the new MHR50cc cylinders offer, allow young riders to express their full potential in all competitions for this category of scooters.
