Ø 40 aluminium cylinder kit with a long stroke. Can only be used in combination with Malossi crankshaft with 85 mm connecting rod 539212.

Malossi has developed a new line of MHR cylinders with an aluminium alloy, for use in top-level 50cc scooter competitions.

Features
The MHR cylinders are made of a special aluminium alloy and feature an internal geometrical porting, exhaust, and combustion chamber system. The engineers in our experimental department have succeeded in achieving extremely high power and torque with the MHR 50cc cylinder.

Cylinder

Material: special aluminium alloy with a high silicon content, recalculated and stabilised, with extensive heat-exchange surfaces, CNC-machined porting developed for maximum performance, and a cermet wear-resistant coating on the cylinder interior.

Piston

Material: special extra-light aluminium reinforced with a molybdenum disulfide coating, single rectangular ring, S10 chrome-plated cast-iron cap.

Extremely high-turbulence combustion chamber, achieved through recalculated and CNC-machined cooling surfaces and a specially developed intake system that generates high turbulence. The high technological and performance levels offered by the new MHR50cc cylinders allow young riders to fully express their potential in all competitions for this scooter category.
