This Bitubo YXB is a gas (nitrogen)-damped rear shock absorber for Vespa Primavera and Sprint (S) scooters. Oil and gas are separated by a floating separator piston. The dual-spring system provides perfect balance, optimal road holding, and damping.
The body of this shock absorber is made of a high-strength steel alloy, finished with anti-rust and anti-wear treatments. The lower mounting is made from a single piece of CNC-machined aluminum alloy.
The spring preload is adjustable using a stepless single aluminum ring. A wrench for adjusting the ring is included in the package.
