Some models have a light switch on the right side of the handlebars, above the start button. For example, your scooter model, but with a more powerful engine.

If your scooter does not need that switch, such as the Piaggio Zip 50, then this cover cap is located there.

If you lose it, you'll have a big gaping hole in your handlebars, where you can easily lose your thumb if you're not careful. Fortunately, we can quickly supply a new cover if needed.
